As an Individual contributor, you will lead by example, provide timely and accurate support to new and existing partners to help move them through our integration processes. Success in this role looks like: This person will work within a team responsible for supporting partners through integration and Beta phases of our integrated process. Able to generally read and understand code of various languages (C#, React, Swift, etc.Able to make sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.Effectively builds formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organization.Supporting a climate where people have the clarity, capability and license to do their best to help the organization achieve its goals and expand our community engagement.Prior experience in a consensus driven, collaborative culture.Developing and delivering multi mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot issues with little documentation or pre-existing precedent.Attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment.Leading by example by actively representing and supporting Gravity's culture and its core values.Being available as a resource for coaching, shadowing, providing feedback.Ensure accountability for following team processes.Take an active role in a high performing team by embracing a collaborative work environment.
